Is there really a free 30-day trial?
Yes. Set up your organisation, add your team and use every feature. You will not be charged until day 31. Cancel any time before then from Settings → Billing.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in: admins, managers and operatives. There is no per-user charge and no seat limit.
Can I switch monthly and annual later?
Yes. Settings → Billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can switch monthly ↔ annual (prorated) or cancel at period end.
Do prices include VAT?
VAT is not charged. The price is £149 a month, or £1,490 a year.
Are there feature tiers or add-ons?
No. One plan includes scheduling, timesheets, materials, H&S, reports and unlimited users and projects.
